The cherry pedestal is beautiful. I have no complaints of the quality of the item. My only issue is that it doesn't match my furniture but that is the gamble when you purchase online. There is nothing wrong with the item itself. I may just have to buy new furniture to match the pedestal. I like that color better then the "cherry" of my coffee table and end tables.
